Extension to CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor allows you to give discount on all products in cart from category, and seperate discount proportionally or linearly between all discounted products.

During promotions defining, we set the category that is assigned to discounted products:
In cart, discount will be separated (using extension configuration) between all promotioned products:
If you set the line discount will be applied to the products in the basket one by one until they reach the limit. As you can see in the screenshot below:
