Extension to Multi-Vendor allows adding descriptions and informations to vendor plans. You can assign static page to each plan (Website -> Pages), which contains additional information about plans. In vendor plans page, a special block with tabs appear, in which you can store any information about plans, for example: policy of returns, forbidden activities and much more.
We start from installing an extension:
In configuration, we can disable showing plans descriptions, details or images.
We need to create special block to correctly display plans. In tab Design->Themes, we choose section "Vendor plans" and we add block:
Open a tab "Create a new block" and choose block "Extended plans descriptions", marked with tag [SoftSolid]:
Block with descriptions should be below block "Main Content".
Open the created block and change CSS to "plans_desc_block", as shown below. Now we can start configuring details and descriptions:
Drop-down list appeared near every vendor plan, which contains all pages available in store. Chosen page will appear as plan description:
During edition of each page, in tab "Addons" two new options are available. Marking the checkbox adds page to plans details (displayed under plans, but above descriptions), and below we can add position (page with lowest number will appear first).
On each vendor plan, a new button "Show plan details" will appear. Clicking it automatically scrolls page to assigned plan, on the bottom of the site.
Under plans we can see a tab with plans details, and below - descriptions of plans.
Images have to be loaded manually to store directory. Name of each image must be the same as its ID in administration panel.
With this addon, vendors can get more information about plans that they are going to use - which may cause increase in amount of vendors.
