Message templates

An add-on for Store Builder and Multi-Vendor that makes day-to-day customer support a lot easier. Instead of typing the same answers over and over in vendor communication, product discussions, and review replies, you pick a ready-made template from a dropdown and insert it with a single click. Templates fill in the order number, customer name, list of purchas ed products, and review rating on their own, so every reply stays personal while you save a lot of time.

In the add-on settings you decide where the template picker should appear. You can turn it on only in customer communication, only in discussions, or wherever you really need it:

All templates are managed in a single place. Filtering by area helps you quickly find the right pattern, and the content preview shows at a glance what placeholder s are inside and what the template is for:

When you reply to a customer message about an order, a template list and an "Insert" button appear right under the message field. Pick a template, click once, and you have a polished, personalized reply with the order number and the list of purchased products:

The same mechanism works when responding to a product review. The vendor selects a template and the add-on fills in the product name and rating automatically, so r eplies stay consistent, professional, and quick to send:
