Extension to CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor allows you to set up measures of seeling products. For each product you can set selling measure and it will show next to product price.
We start from installing an addon:

Each measure has a name and symbol that will be displayed in store:
During product edition, in "Add-ons" tab you can mark in which measure we sell product:
