Extension to CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor allows integration with Baselinker system. Add-on fully integrates CS-Cart/Multi-Vendor ensuring data exchange about orders and products. Add-on is also compatible with InPost / ShipX integration and Elektroniczny Nadawca Poczta Polska.

We start from installing an extension:

Next step is to create a connection between CS-Cart and Baselinker. We log into Baselinker system and add a new integration:

In the first window, we selected the CS-Cart icon from "Shops" section:

Here we set access data in Baselinker system. Key has to be obtained from field "Communication password" in Baselinker configuration and typed in the same field in add-on configuration. After saving, we have to copy connection link (red) and paste it into field "Data exchange file" field:

Next we go to add-on configuration. In tab "General" we type basic data to connect store with Baselinker:

In tab "Profile fields" we type ID of certain profile fields, used to sync customer data with Baselinker.

Next tab defines information about products:

Next tab defines, how product identifying information (EAN and SKU codes) are created:

Here we define parameters of orders exchange from CS-Cart to Baselinker:

Order synchronization between Baselinker and CS-Cart/Multi-Vendor is configured here:

Last tab allows to define actions which should be stores in add-on logs:

Data exchange operations between Baselinker and CS-Cart/Multi-Vendor are stored in logs and can be browsed from admin panel:

Add-on is compatible with multiple storefronts (CS-Cart Ultimate) and multiple vendors (Multi-Vendor). Each vendor/storefront can communicate with different assigned Baselinker account.

I’ve been cooperating with SoftSolid since a long time, and I am very satisfied. Specifically about the Baselinker add-on, which requires a lot of adjustments due to specifics of my business. They developed all the modifications at the good price. They are provided me constant support regarding my questions and minor issues about the CS-Cart itself. I cannot recommend this developer enough!

Advantages
I use Baselinker on daily basis, since I sell products on multiple channels. Add-on from SoftSolid allowed me to connect my store to Baselinker, which tremendously helped me with management of my sales. Connecting the add-on with my BL instance was really easy, and I did not encounter any errors.
Disadvantages
Except connecting, the configuration of add-on is quite complex. Lots of options, for some of them I don't even know what they do.

Advantages
This add-on is basically necessary if you want to start a larger business in Poland. It lets you sync all the data between CS-Cart and other systems, like Allegro. Add-on is stable and I never had any issues with it. It even got a couple of new functionalities recently.
Disadvantages
Configuration of add-on is quite complex, it took me a while to set it up for my store.

A really useful addon, The baselinker is simply a must to every e-commerce shop, helps managing orders and sync shop with cs-cart, post/couriers, allegro, amazon - you name it.
Plus - and this is a very important plus - the Soft Solid team (the creators of this addon) are very helpful, responsive and it is a pleasure to work with them.
Disadvantages
would be great if you could sync data that is not coming from the original SW of CS-Cart (in example if you have an addon that calculates the profit to an order - it would be great if the profit numbers are also carried to baselinker.

Great addon that helps a lot. Menaging stores and marketplaces is now extremly easy. The integration works perfectly and allows to connect store stock with ebay, amazon, allegro and another sites. Aswell it helps to menage orders and integrate them with accounting and shipping platforms.

Basiclly this addon is priceless when it comes to managing a store.

Softsolid did a great job with this addon and keeps developing it, adding an extra features.
