Next step is to create a connection between CS-Cart and Baselinker. We log into Baselinker system and add a new integration:
In the first window, we selected the CS-Cart icon from "Shops" section:
Here we set access data in Baselinker system. Key has to be obtained from field "Communication password" in Baselinker configuration and typed in the same field in add-on configuration. After saving, we have to copy connection link (red) and paste it into field "Data exchange file" field:

Next we go to add-on configuration. In tab "General" we type basic data to connect store with Baselinker:
In tab "Profile fields" we type ID of certain profile fields, used to sync customer data with Baselinker.
The next two tabs define information about syncing products between Baselinker and store:
The fifth tab configures the product codes used to sync products.
In next tabs we define parameters of orders exchange from CS-Cart to Baselinker, and vice versa:
The "Logs" tab allows to define actions which should be stores in add-on logs:
The API tab allows typing a special API key (obtainable after contacting Baselinker support) to integrate the store with other systems.
The last tab allows testing functions of the add-on, to check if it works correctly.
Data exchange operations between Baselinker and CS-Cart/Multi-Vendor are stored in logs and can be browsed from admin panel:
Add-on is compatible with multiple storefronts (CS-Cart Ultimate) and multiple vendors (Multi-Vendor). Each vendor/storefront can communicate with different assigned Baselinker account.

Great addon that helps a lot. Menaging stores and marketplaces is now extremly easy. The integration works perfectly and allows to connect store stock with ebay, amazon, allegro and another sites. Aswell it helps to menage orders and integrate them with accounting and shipping platforms.

Can every vendor have their Baselinker account in Multi-Vendor?
Yes, in Multi-Vendor, each vendor can connect his account in markteplace with his account in Baselinker. It is also possible to operate in a mode when the entire Multi-Vendor marketplace is connected to one Baselinker account.
Can I automatically generate shipping and shipping documents from orders?
Yes, using the "Automatic actions" from the "Orders" menu in the Baselinker panel. After downloading the order from Multi-Vendor/CS-Cart to the BL panel, a series of actions may be performed, resulting in generating the shipment, downloading shipping documents and sending an e-mail with the shipment tracking link to the customer.
Can I use Baselinker to fully manage my CS-Cart store or Multi-Vendor?
No. Baselinker serves as a hub - for example, if you have three different online stores, you can connect them to one instance of Baselinker and have your entire order history in it. Baselinker does not give you full control over CS-Cart or Multi-Vendor functionality.
How can I set up syncing prices from Baselinker to CS-Cart/Multi-Vendor?
If tab Intergration -> Settings -> Prices does not contain option of syncing prices from Baselinker to store:
make sure that plugin has version 1.1.4.4 or higher, test connection (it should end successfully) and save integration settings.
After it's done, option should become visible.

What do I get for purchasing add-on with option "Wholesaler"?
If you buy add-on with this option, we'll install an additional add-on in your store with the Baselinker add-on. This add-on allows you to export products from your store in XML format. The resulting XML file can be then loaded to Baselinker, to make your store function like a wholesaler - other users will be able to pull the list of the products to their Baselinker instance.
Why products stock does not sync between Baselinker and my store?
You have to enable stock sync in Baselinker integration configuration, tab "Stocks", option "Sync".
