Addon for Store Builder oraz Multi-Vendor connects your store with InPost Pay and shortens the path to purchase down to almost a single click. Instead of going through the full checkout, the customer taps the InPost Pay button on the product page or in the cart and finalizes the order comfortably in the InPost Mobile app. The cart, delivery details, and payment stay in sync both ways, so what the customer sees in the app always matches the cart in the store. The shop receives a complete order with full customer data and the chosen parcel locker or courier address, and your team can issue a refund directly from the order.
Key Features
- Purchase through InPost Pay in almost a single click, with no need to go through the standard store checkout.
- Bidirectional cart synchronization, prices and quantities never drift on either side.
- Mapping of InPost delivery methods: parcel locker, courier, digital delivery, COD, and weekend parcel.
- Full and partial refunds straight from the order page, without logging into the InPost panel.
- Shared promotions and promo codes visible in the InPost app too, with no double configuration.
- Full Multi-Vendor support plus sandbox and tester mode for safe testing on production.
You begin the configuration in one place. Here you enter the API keys separately for production and for the sandbox (Client ID, Client secret, POS ID, Merchant Client ID, and Merchant Secret), switch the sandbox mode, and decide whether the widget is visible to all customers or only to selected testers. A ready-made table with the Merchant Backend API addresses, webhooks, and the test link lets you copy them straight into the InPost Pay portal, without assembling URLs by hand:

In the product settings you tell the add-on where to read the EAN code from: the product code or a chosen feature, whose name you provide right next to it. You also decide whether the full or the short product description travels to the InPost app. As a result, the product card in the app looks exactly the way you want, and EAN codes are taken from the right field:

The order settings let you choose the status the store assigns to an order paid through InPost Pay. It is a simple way to make orders from this path land on the right stage of processing right away, for example as paid, without your team switching the status by hand:

Screenshot 3
In the cart settings you define after how many days the cart registered on the InPost side expires, and the threshold from which the customer gets free delivery. These two parameters tidy up the shopping experience and help encourage the buyer toward a larger order:

Screenshot 4
You can match the look of the InPost Pay button to your store without touching templates. You set the background, the color variant, the corner rounding, and the size, so the button blends consistently into the page theme and draws attention at the right moment:

Screenshot 5
The logs section lets you enable recording of integration events and pick how they are presented. The readable mode helps your team get a quick overview, while the full developer mode keeps the complete payloads for more detailed diagnostics:

Screenshot 6
You map each delivery method in the store to its counterpart in InPost Pay. You enable the delivery, choose its type (APM parcel locker, courier, or digital delivery), set cash on delivery with an optional surcharge, the weekend parcel (PWW), and the declared delivery time. Set it up once and the add-on picks the right options for every order:

Screenshot 7
You handle payments in the same way. For each payment method in the store you indicate which InPost Pay types it should support: card, BLIK, pay by link, Google Pay, Apple Pay, cash on delivery, and others. This way the customer in the app sees exactly the payment forms you want to offer:

Store promotions can be visible in the InPost app as well. For a given promotion you enable its exposure and pick the type: a variant that works both in the store and in the app, or a variant shown in the app only. The same promotion engine drives both paths, so you configure nothing twice:

Screenshot 9
You can mark store pages with legal terms as consents presented in the InPost app. You indicate that a page acts as a consent, set its type (required once, required always, or optional), and its version. It is a simple route to staying compliant with the InPost policy and legal requirements:

On the product page you can mark an item as related to InPost Pay. This setting lets you point precisely to which products should have the InPost Pay path active, giving you control over the reach of the integration across the catalog:

Screenshot 11
An order placed through InPost Pay is recognizable at a glance in the panel. The order page shows its status, the payment information, a button that starts a refund, and the total amount of refunds issued so far. Your team has the whole context in one place, with no switching between systems:

Screenshot 12
You process a refund in a convenient window, without logging into the InPost panel. The form shows the order value and the maximum refund amount, lets you enter any amount or tick a full refund, and then sends the request to InPost with a single button. The refund goes into the history and stays available on the order:

The integration event log collects entries with a severity level, the action name, and the dispatch they concern. It is a tool for quick diagnostics: when something needs attention, your team sees right away what happened and when, without searching through server files:

Screenshot 14
On the storefront, on the product page, the InPost Pay button appears next to the standard purchase buttons. The customer can add the item to the InPost cart right from the page and head straight toward a quick finalization, instead of walking through the whole classic order path:

Screenshot 15
In the cart, within the order summary, the InPost Pay button invites the customer to buy with InPost. After the click the customer finalizes the order in the InPost app, with the delivery details, parcel locker, and payment method at hand, while the shop receives a complete order with no extra work for the team:

InPost Pay integration means a more convenient, shorter purchase for the customer and less work for the store team. Bidirectional synchronization, delivery and payment mapping, shared promotions, refunds from the order page, and full Multi-Vendor support make the whole path, from the cart to the refund, work consistently and without stitching data together by hand.
