In CSCART there was lacking such functionality. Without this add-on, user cannot be sure if he sent a form to service, or not. Even though on the screen there is information that the form has been sent. When user does not receive mail with his own form, he might think, that he did not wright his email right. This add-on solves that, and makes communication easier(user knows and remembers what he wrote to service). It is just a little "check box" and solves so much.
I like buying add-ons in SOFTSOLID, because they always have 100% practicality.
