The Multi-Vendor add-on allows you to fine-tune the rights for each vendor administrator.

Using a simple list, we can add any rights to any controller, which can then be assigned to the vendor admnistrator:
We can then assign previously defined rights to the vendor admin:
By checking the appropriate checkboxes, rights can be grouped into sections for ease of use:
