Extension to Multi-Vendor allows vendors to create orders for all customers, regardless whether customer has already placed an order for vendor.
We start from installing an extension:
By default, when creating an order, vendors can only do it for customer who purchased any product from this vendor.
After add-on is activated, this restriction is lifted and vendors can create an order for any customer.
In add-on configuration, an additional option can be enabled, which restricts customer's list to those who purchased product from vendor, or contacted with him through Message Center.
