I was fortunate to work with SoftSolid as they suggested many ideas to help us to improve the interaction and onboarding process. Also, I DO really appreciate their fast and "startup" approach to help us launch, test, and iterate. As the support team, they have done an excellent job and were always in time for the tasks given to them. Always updated with progress and always gives space for feedback in between. I would highly recommend SoftSolid as awesome and responsible professional technical supporter :)

SoftSolid is doing great forum support as well. When I have encountered an issue they helped me to fix it personally with free of cost although I am not their customer. Now, am planning to buy some addons from them if any of them meet my business needs.

31-12-2019 issue , site down, all the companies we use to have support are closed, cs-cart support not procede, seems ecomerce have to close on holidays, incredible
